Councillors

I have lived in the parish of Betchton all my life. I attended Hassall Green Primary School and had to cycle the mile and a half to school each day. I then went to Crewe Grammar School and went on to become a qualified teacher. I have been on the Parish Council for 51 years, having been both Chair and Vice Chair. I care for the parish and it's people and try my best to support both.

Rob lives on the family farm at Chells Hill with his wife and three children. He runs the dairy and beef farm with his parents and younger brother. In his spare time he enjoys playing sport, particularly hockey and is a member of a local hockey club.

John lives in Malkins Bank with his wife, her parents and a wandering cat, Benny. He is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and over his career has worked in the Aerospace, Motor and Nuclear Industries in roles from Draughtsman to Chief Engineer. His hobbies include, reading, music and model making.
